Exchange Policy:

The dress will only be exchanged in an improbable situation that we have delivered a defective or wrong article and only if the delivered good is unused and undamaged by the receiver. All sale and customized items can not be exchanged.

Return Policy:

All the orders are final and non-refundable except in the case where a wrong article is delivered to you. The exchange can only take place in accordance to the product and size availability. Only the exchanges or refund that are brought to our attention with in one-week will be entertained. Any claim made afterwards will not be entertained.

Refund Policy:

All orders are considered final. There will be no monetary returns although the dress can be exchanged with another product of equal or higher prices.

Our shipping timings for orders delivery nationwide will be two weeks or it can vary with each product depending on the amount of work on it or the customer will be informed at the time of order confirmation. For international customers, delivery time will be 14-20 working days or again it can vary with the dress; the confirm date will be given after the payment confirmation (via bank transfer). There can be unexpected delivery delays due to city conditions, custom clearance or undefined reasons. The delays can further go up to 6-7 working days. We are not responsible for any kind of delays.

Delivery Charges:

Delivery charges may vary depending on the type of product or the location you select. The amount you pay as delivery charges are non-refundable and we take no responsibility for any extra charges imposed in terms of customs or duties charged by the local authorities (outside Pakistan). The customer will bear the custom charges.

ORDERING & TRACKING

1. International customers can make payment through bank transfer. Your order will kept on hold for 36 hours after you receive a confirmation email/message/call from our side. If you are unable to make payment before 36 hour you will first have to call and confirm from us whether your desired article is still in stock.

2. If you fail to provide us with the confirmation of the order, we reserve the right to cancel your order without prior notification.

3. The international order will only be processed after the payment is made and confirmed.

4. The customers with in Pakistan can place an order online and avail the facility of Cash on Delivery.
